Billing FAQ.

What counts as a “webhook event”?

One inbound HTTP request to a Relynq source URL. Outbound delivery attempts to your destinations don't count separately.

What happens if I exceed my monthly event limit?

We'll keep accepting your events and surface a warning in the dashboard. Sustained overage prompts an upgrade conversation; we never silently drop a webhook.

What happens if I exceed my daily event limit?

On Pro and Team, events past your daily cap are accepted and billed at the same per-100k rate as monthly overage — no silent drops. We surface a banner in the dashboard when you cross 70/85/95% so the bill is never a surprise. A 3× daily cap abuse ceiling protects against runaway senders. Free workspaces remain hard-capped at the daily limit.

What happens when I downgrade?

The new tier takes effect at your next billing cycle. Historical events stay searchable up to the new tier's retention window; older events are purged on schedule.

What's your refund policy?

Cancel any time; you stay on the paid tier until the end of your current period and aren't billed again. Pro-rated refunds available for annual plans on request.

How do you handle tax / VAT?

Tax is computed and shown at checkout based on your billing address. VAT, GST, and US sales-tax registrations are handled through our payment processor.

How does the Pro trial work?

Sign up with a Pro tier link and you get 14 days of Pro-tier capabilities with no card required. After 14 days you're moved to Free unless you choose to pay.
